We are committed to ensuring each and every order we receive is processed and dispatched with the utmost care and efficiency. From the moment you decide to make your order to the moment your parcel arrives.

All you need to know when ordering from The S.M.A.A.R.T. Horse Company Limited:

Use the menu options to find the product you are looking for. Select your item and add it to the shopping cart. You can then continue to shop, or you can check out. Itīs that easy !

For customer service reasons, we may also restrict the products available on the website to those which are currently in stock.

Delivery and handling

All items are shipped standard UK post. If your order is international, prices may vary. Shipping prices are calculated based on delivery address and items ordered.

Price Changes


Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the prices indicated, it may not always be possible, therefore we reserve the right to discontinue any items from this list and change prices when necessary.

Import Taxes


Please ensure that you contact your local customs office in the country of your delivery to confirm whether or not you may be liable to local import taxes, duty and VAT (or equivalent) upon arrival of any products supplied by The S.M.A.A.R.T. Horse Company Ltd in the United Kingdom to you or your freight agent. The customer is liable for payment of all import duties.

Clinics and Cancellation Policy

Payment for clinic places is required in advance.

Any clinic places cancelled in the 14 days before the clinic date require full payment, unless a replacement attendee can be found (in which case full refund will be granted / payment not required).

Any clinic places cancelled in the month before the clinic date will require 50% payment, unless a replacement attendee can be found (in which case full refund will be granted / payment not required).

Some clinics are subject to a non-refundable deposit (due to venue booking deposits). This is non-negotiable so please be careful to check this when you book your clinic places.

Places on clinics are not secure and may be given to someone else if full payment or a deposit is received by SMAART Horses in the month prior to the clinic date.

Payment cannot be transfered to another clinic unless within the scope of the cancellation details noted above.

Clinic Discount Vouchers

Voucher codes are for a limited number of clinic places per clinic. Each person can only use the voucher once and for one place in a clinic.

Clinic places booked must be paid in advance and in accordance with the Clinics and Cancellation Policy as outlined above.
